Culture BD ikut culture mainland, depending on the project it could be very hectic or normal days. Many internal stacks, so if you want to learn a stack that can be used outside this is not the place. Very advanced technology, adoption of AI is very good and many helpful tools so for solving problems here it would be easier than other companies. The downside tho is everything in chinese, documents, platform UI / tools. Collaboration with the mainland is also hindered and difficult because of the language barrier. But overall a good company for international exposure.
