The work is challenging and the compensation is amazing. It feels like I am paid a lot of money to solve hard problems everyday. People around me are amazingly talented. However, I know few people in the company is not performing up to the high standard. The company is big and it takes time to navigate the complexity of the organization and the complexity of the system. The systems are handling hundred thousands transactions every single day and they are giving more than enough problems to solve. I had joined one of the sister companies before it was acquired. The culture changed after we got acquired because of the scale we need to deal with. I might be biased, but I miss the old days.
