Awal awal, the company itself has a very healthy culture. Good leadership, mindset and the team bond is quite strong. However, with all the latest change and also macro economic situation - it was quite a struggle to find the actual vision the company will go, as if everything was on fire fighting mode. The politic was quite shitty as well

•Unclear direction from mamagement
•No career path, it is better to not stay for long
